A Collin County grand jury on Tuesday indicted a 28-year-old McKinney woman on charges of intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault in connection with an incident that occurred on the evening of Jan. 18, 2011.
Police said that around 8:45 p.m. that night, Alicia Susanna Robles was driving while intoxicated on a U.S. Highway 75 service road near Wilmeth Road when her vehicle struck two men who were walking in the right lane after their work truck had broken down.

Police arrested Nobles at the scene. She later posted bail on each of the two charges. Nobles was charged with intoxication manslaughter, a second-degree felony, in Hernandez-Ocampo's death, and intoxication assault, a third-degree felony, in the injury of Flores-James.
