He was joined in the presentation by Dr.Montie Monzingo, Dr. Allen Christian and Tom Whitelock, all members of the Chapter’sColor Guard.
The two victims were Ngoc Do and Nhi Hoang Tran were driving home after an evening out when they got turned around and lost their way. Do was driving and trying to figure out where they were when the two made a wrong turn and ended up going down a boat ramp into the lake.
