Rock climbing: Flower Mound resident wins title

Flower Mound resident Lauren Bair, pictured, "flashed" on each her climbing routes en route to a first-place finish at the Hartland Divisional Sports/Speed Climbing Championships at Summit Rock Climbing Club in Grapevine. Bair also won first in Speed Climbing and advances to the USA Climbing National Competition July 7-10 in Atlanta, Ga. Bair is a member of Team Texas Rock Climbing, which is comprised of competitors from Summit and Exposure Rock Climbing Club, and is also a member of the 2012 USA National Rock Climbing Team.
