By Marthe Stinton, mstinton@starlocalnews.com
Nancy Howard, the wife of the prime suspect of a hit-for-hire case, has filed for divorce and has been awarded a temporary restraining order against her husband, John Howard.
As first reported in The Dallas Morning News, Nancy wrote in her divorce suit that she was extremely concerned about her future personal safety and their marital assets.
Nancy also stated that John had admitted to having a three-year affair with a woman in California, who The Dallas Morning News claims to live in an $800,000 condominium bought and paid for by John Howard.
Check back tomorrow for more information in this developing case.

It doesn't take much searching on the internet to find that Raley Holdings LLC owns another company that goes by the name of American United Logistics (AUL)...a very large US Defense contractor in Kuwait and Iraq. The President and CEO of AUL is Richard R Raley of Colleyville, TX. In 2009 Mr. Raley was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance - Penalty Group 3 (which means between 28 Grams and 200 Grams).
According to LocalNewsOnly.com Mr. Raley also has previous arrests for DWI, Fraudulent Possession of a Controlled Substance, Driving While License Suspended, and Theft of Service by Credit Card in Austin and Fort Worth. See link to this story below. Apparently these guys can afford very good lawyers. "
