Local Youth Publishes First Science Fiction Novel

Craig Dalley Plano resident, J.A. Dalley, published the first book in the Almek Manning Series earlier this year. The Zochtil, a science fiction novel, tells the story of Almek Manning, an eighteen year-old living in the bombed-out ruins of London who has a dream to reach for the stars. Almek hopes to escape from London Proper with the help of his squad of fellow detainees and join the Solar Fleet, so he can train at the Academy and help in the brewing conflict that is almost certain to result in interstellar war.
