Police calls for Sept. 17 - 24 compiled from information provided by the Police Department.

Sept. 17

3:07 a.m. - Community policing in the 500 block of West Winchester Drive. Tailgate open on vehicle. Crime card left with vehicle. Tailgate was shut by officer.

10:56 a.m. - Special assignment at Palomino and Winchester. Hometown Heroes event.

1:28 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances in the 2800 block of Arabian Lane. Reporting Person has damage to his trailer. RP is going through a divorce and knows his wife did it. Just wants to document damage to his trailer and also has an entertainment center missing. Documentation only.

2:33 p.m. - Assist other agency in the 7400 block of Rawhide Road. Suicidal subject, referred to another agency. Backup only.

3:11 p.m. - Animal complaint in the 1200 block of Miller Lane. Barking dog. Unable to locate.

4:21 p.m. - Fraud in the 400 block of North Arizona Drive. Reporting Person's sister used her Social Security number to obtain an electric company account. Fraud report filed.

4:52 p.m. - Subpoena service at Pecan Street police station. Deputy constable serving officer with ALR subpoena. Contacted constable.

6:26 p.m. - Theft in the 900 block of South Preston Road. Someone drove off without paying for $20.24 in gas. Made contact with driver's husband. He will have his wife go by the express lane and settle the bill. Around 7 p.m. this date spoke to clerks and driver returned and cleared the bill.

6:53 p.m. - Loose livestock in the 1000 block of North Louisiana Drive. Cow out near road. Unable to locate.

6:59 p.m. - Loose livestock in the 1500 block of South Preston Road. Cow out behind Shell station. Cow jumped over fence. Documentation only.

7:13 p.m. - Backup officer in the 1500 block of South Preston Road. Loose cow ran off in field.

7:42 p.m. - Phone harassment. Meet at the Pecan Street police department. Subject is calling Reporting Person's cousin and brother over the phone. Subject calls and hangs up, waiting at the front door of the police department. RP left police department and flagged officer down. RP stated that they have told person to stop calling but then they talk to him. Officer explained to the RP not to talk to the person. No offense occurred.

8 p.m. - Suspicious vehicle at Main and Guevelle. Unable to find location. No cross street located.

8 p.m. - Harassment in the 300 block of West Beech Street. Juvenile texting Reporting Person requesting cigarettes. Officer went to location and met with juvenile's mother. She advised that her son is texting and calling RP requesting cigarettes. Juvenile is 11 years old. Mother took phone away and placed juvenile on restriction.

8:30 p.m. - Motorist assist in the 4000 block of North Preston Road. Red Ford truck parked on shoulder with hazards on. Driver was waiting on his wife to catch up. Documentation only.

Sept. 18

1:02 a.m. - Open door in the 100 block of North Colorado Drive. Door standing open on church. Building searched and door secured. Documentation only.

9:08 a.m. – Abandoned vehicle in the 1500 block of North Dallas Parkway. Car setting on side of road. Ten day/48 hour sticker applied on passenger window.

9:44 a.m. – Loose livestock at Oklahoma and Ash. Unable to locate cow.

9:57 a.m. - Assist other agency at County Road 94 and Preston. Loose cow put back inside fence.

1:14 p.m. – Assist fire department at Preston and County Road 93. Traffic control for Celina fire department. Task completed.

5:51 p.m. – 911 hangup in the 1200 block of Stanford Lane. No one around, pool secure.

6:08 p.m. - Minor accident in the 500 block of East Malone Street. Two-car accident in school parking lot. Accident report completed.

7:10 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 400 block of East Beech Street. Reporting Person's children accidentally kicked ball over fence and neighbor will not give it back. Reporting Person got ball back.

8:14 p.m. - Follow-up investigation in the 900 block of West Bois D'Arc Street. Reporting Person states that the person that stole her son's skateboard is walking down Ash Street. Officer checked area, unable to locate.

9:55 p.m. - Driving while intoxicated in the 1000 block of South Preston Road. Possible DWI, unable to locate. Vehicle made it to the residence.

9:58 p.m. - Driving while intoxicated in the 900 block of South Preston Road. Red Lincoln sport utility vehicle all over the road. Unable to locate, located vehicle at residence.

10:07 p.m. - 911 hang-up in the 600 block of East Sunset Boulevard. Unable to locate. Camera showed Hispanic male pushed call button. No offense.

11:13 p.m. - Suspicious vehicle at County Road 51 and Farm-to-Market Road 428. Dark Toyota truck parked on county road. Driver was trying to get his 2 small children to go to sleep. No offense occurred.

Sept. 19

7:28 a.m. - Traffic control in the 300 block of North Louisiana Drive. School zone light out. Texas Department of Transportation notified.

2:05 p.m. - Suspicious person in the 200 block of East Pecan Street. White male in white pickup with a white homemade camper asking for money and trying to sell toys. Occurred 2 weeks ago, will put out as patrol information.

4 p.m. - Minor accident at Farm-to-Market Road 1461 and Oak Bend. One vehicle off the road. Accident report completed.

4:49 p.m. - Backup officer at Frontier and Oak Bend to assist with minor accident. Backup only.

6:28 p.m. - Suicidal subject in the 500 block of West Oak Street. Thirteen- or 14-year-old female just texted Reporting Person's daughter that she took too many pills and wanted them to call EMS. Subject transported by EMS, information report completed.

11:01 p.m. - Community policing in the 5400 block of Pebble Creek Drive. Open garage door, crime card completed.

11:37 p.m. - Suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of West Walnut Street. Parked in post office parking lot. No offense occurred.

Sept. 20

12:30 a.m. - Parking violation in the 400 block of Tarpan Trail. Parked facing traffic. Parking violation care completed.

1:30 a.m. - Disturbance in the 400 block of North Texas Drive. Two males arguing. Cousins who have not seen each other for awhile arguing over who was the better athlete in high school.

8:57 a.m. – Traffic hazard at Farm-to-Market Road 455 and Denton County. Table on roadway, moved from roadway.

9:47 a.m. - Loose livestock at Farm-to-Market Road 428 and County Road 55. Loose bull, owner had secured the bull.

12:13 p.m. - Fraud in the 400 block of East Maple Street. Reporting Person's credit card was stolen and used to make purchases at different locations. Offense report taken for credit and/or debit card abuse.

3:31 p.m. - Theft in the 1300 block of Lakeview. Wedding ring stolen from location during a pool party over the weekend. Offense report completed.

7:28 p.m. - Disturbance in the 1200 block of Drake Lane. Sixteen-year-old female in argument with her stepfather over dog chewing up things. Reporting Person wanted officer to calm her stepfather down. There was no physical violence, just a verbal argument. No offense occurred.

9:59 p.m. - Assist fire department in the 1300 block of South Preston Road. Vehicle stalled in roadway. Firefighter had pushed vehicle out of roadway. Driver had help on the way.

Sept. 21

12:36 a.m. – Assist other agency at Dallas Parkway and Frontier Parkway. Prosper out with male subject walking to Pilot Point. He is clear of Prosper, checked him requesting Celina give him ride to their city limits. Transported subject into Pilot Point to avoid pedestrian accident on Farm-to-Market Rod 455 due to lack of shoulder.

1:59 p.m. - Community policing in the 300 block of North Colorado Drive. Back hatch open on vehicle, crime card completed.

10:38 a.m. - Loose livestock at Farm-to-Market Roads 428 and 455. Cow put back in fence.

2:37 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 600 block of West Elm Street. Was told to remove a pair of underwear from individual's mailbox. Underwear removed, situation resolved.

4:20 p.m. - Citizen contact in the 700 block of Dickerson Court. Two juveniles asked for a ride from the police department to their house on Dickerson. Transported juveniles to their residence.

4:40 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 900 block of South Preston Road. Fuel spill, notified fire department.

6:16 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 2800 block of Arabian Lane. Reporting Person's soon-to-be ex-husband put something over the door of her old house so when someone walked into the house it would fall on their head. RP will be waiting in a dark Ford Explorer in driveway. Information report completed.

8:46 p.m. - Motorist assist in the 4000 block of North Preston Road. Flagged down by black car. Driver stated that he was just letting other cars know that police were behind him. Documentation only.

10:34 p.m. - Suspicious vehicle at Light Farms and Dallas North Tollway. White Ford parked near construction trailers. It is equipment owner locking trailers up. No offense occurred.

10:52 p.m. - Intoxicated person in the 600 block of East Sunset Boulevard. Hispanic male trying to buy beer, can barely stand up, just walked out the front of the store. Referred to another agency. Person had left and officer was in the wrong location to catch him. Information passed on to Grayson County.

11:31 p.m. - Noise complaint in the 300 block of Shire Lane. People in backyard talking loudly. Spoke to owner, music and talking will be kept down.

11:44 p.m. - 911 hangup at Brookshire's. Someone pressed emergency call box button on front of express lane. No one around when officers arrived. Documentation only.

Sept. 22

12:29 a.m. - Backup officer in the 300 block of Settlers Ridge. Elderly female lying down in grass. Backup only.

1:47 a.m. - Fireworks complaint in the 3000 block of Cedar Trail. Fireworks in area. Officers found used fireworks in roadway. No one around.

5:41 a.m. - Theft in the 16000 block of Farm-to-Market Road 428. Vehicle theft, victim was not at address when officer arrived. Officer advised dispatch to contact victim and let officer know when he was back at residence. Follow-up required.

4:31 p.m. - Phone call from the 400 block of Mustang Trail. Reporting Person stated that someone is going to harm him and his family. RP advised that his friend is an addict and could possibly break into his house to pay for drugs. Adivsed RP that he needs to secure everything but no one has broken the law. Address added to extra patrol.

8:59 p.m. - Assist other agency in the 6500 block of Sparrow Point. Reporting Person is unable to get a hold of her ex-husband and her children. RP said they always call at 8 p.m. to say goodnight. RP would like deputy to go check on them. Officer made contact with ex-husband. Children are O.K. This seems like an attempt by ex-wife to use law enforcement to harass ex-husband.

10:57 a.m. - Motorist assist in the 2700 block of South Preston Road. Officer attempted jump start for motorist with jump box. Did not work. Motorist given ride by friends.

11:26 p.m. - Suspicious vehicle at Dallas Parkway and County Road 51. Driver was looking for an address. Documentation only.

11:35 p.m. - Disturbance in the 13000 block of Farm-to-Market Road 428. Disturbance between girlfriend and boyfriend. Verbal, white male walking down Farm-to-Market Road 428. Girlfriend came back to pick him up. No offense.

Sept. 23

10:27 a.m. - Loose livestock at Farm-to-Market Roads 455 and 428. Loose cow put back in fence.

11:31 a.m. - Animal complaint in the 400 block of South Arizona Drive. Loose dog put back in fence. Dog is known to be aggressive and always gets out. Citation was issued to owner.

2 p.m. - Minor accident in the 900 block of South Preston Road. Minor accident, two vehicles. Accident report.

5:40 p.m. - Firearm complaint at Alabama and Oak. Officer flagged down. Reporting Person states that there are two 20-year-old males walking the streets with a rifle. RP said that they had been seen pointing the rifle at yard dogs. Officer found males walking in the area of 600 Elm. Officer made contact with them and they were 13 and 14 years old. The rifle was a BB gun. Officer took boys home and explained to the father that the boys could not be walking around Celina with a BB gun.

8:22 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 500 block of Paddock Lane. Female flagged down officer regarding screaming coming from down the street. Unable to locate.

8:52 p.m. - Backup officer in the 400 block of Dartmoor Road. Reporting Person states that kids are being struck with wire cords. They are being choked by aunt. Officer attempted to make contact with aunt. No answer. Forced entry was made for the safety of the children. They were not there. Children were located in good status.

8:53 p.m. - Assault in the 400 block of Dartmoor. Children called their father stating they were assaulted. Officer first sent to 1200 block of North Preston in Prosper as backup. Officers determined locations is in Celina. No assault took place. Children checked and have no visible marks.

9:04 p.m. - Backup officer in the 800 block of West Walnut Street. Domestic occurred this morning at 2 a.m. Reporting Person advised she was scared earlier and that's why she is calling now, no injuries. Task completed.

10:35 p.m. - Domestic disturbance in the 800 block of West Walnut Street. False imprisonment. Reporting Person is moving back to Las Vegas in the morning and will not be in town for any follow-up.

Sept. 24

12:21 a.m. - Assist other agency at County Road 97 and Settlers Ridge. Major accident, backup only.

12:58 a.m. - Domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Tarpan Trail. Family violence. Offense and arrest report.

2:26 a.m. - Information in the 16000 block of Parvin Road. Six intoxicated persons throwing beer bottles at the house. Officer was told that Denton County deputies handled call.

8:39 a.m. - Phone call in the 16000 block of Farm-to-Market Road 428. Reporting Person called police department in reference to vehicle theft and accident in Denton County. Referred to Denton County.
