The Allen Police Department responded to the following incidents from Nov. 6-12:
Nov. 6
12:04 a.m., 300 block of Rivercrest Boulevard - City ordinance violation. Subjects were found to be in possession of fireworks inside the city limits.
10:30 a.m., 600 block of Experian Way - Harassment. A verbal threat of violence was given over the telephone to an Allen business.
6:45 p.m., Roaming Road Drive and S. Jupiter Road - Driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension. A subject was arrested after operating a motor vehicle on the public roadway while having an invalid driver's license. This offense was enhanced due to previous convictions.
6:52 p.m., 1200 block of N. Greenville Avenue - Criminal trespass warning, theft/shoplifting. Subject taken into custody.
7:48 p.m., S. Greenville Avenue and Hightrail Drive - Driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension. A person was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended TX DL. The subject was taken into custody without incident.
9:15 p.m., 100 block of Rivercrest Boulevard - Possession/use inhalant. On listed date and time suspect was arrested for abusing an aerosol duster and outstanding warrants from McKinney P.D.
Nov. 7
1:06 a.m., N. Central Expressway and W. Stacy Road - Driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension, warrant service. Subject taken into custody for driving while license invalid and confirmed warrants from Irving PD.
2:29 a.m., 100 block of E. Stacy Road - Public intoxication.
6 a.m., 700 block of Lake Highlands Drive - Criminal mischief, greater than or equal to $50 and less than $500.
8:11 a.m., 400 block of Tatum Drive - Disorderly conduct. Subject intentionally used profane language in a public place, causing an immediate breach of the peace.
2:50 p.m., 0 block of Texas Hills Court - Theft greater than or equal to $1,500 and less than $20,000.
6:30 p.m., 300 block of Franklin Drive, McKinney, Texas 75069 - Possession of a controlled substance, warrant service. Subject was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.

2:33 a.m., 700 block of S. Greenville Avenue - Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia.
8:33 a.m., 1400 block of Abby Way - Assault family violence Class C. Known juvenile physically assaulted her mother during an argument.
12:03 p.m., 0 block of Cabela Drive - Fraudulent use of identifying information, possession of a controlled substance, warrant service.
8 a.m., 400 block of N. Allen Drive - Graffiti, loss less than $500.
4:07 p.m., N. US 75 and Allen Drive - Abandoned vehicle.
6:53 p.m., E. Main Street and S. Allen Heights Drive - Possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated.
7:35 p.m., 800 block of Market Street - Theft greater than or equal to $500 and less than $1,500.
10:02 p.m., Angel Parkway North and East Stacy Road - Driving while intoxicated.
Nov. 9
12:53 a.m., 1300 block of McDermott Drive - Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia.
1:24 a.m., 100 block of E. Stacy Road - Assault on public servant, evading arrest/detention with vehicle, driving while intoxicated. A person attempted to assault a police officer with his motorcycle. The person evaded the police on his motorcycle and when caught was found to be intoxicated while operating the motorcycle in a public place.
2:16 a.m., 100 block of E. Stacy Road - Public intoxication.
2:35 a.m., 100 block of E. Stacy Road - Criminal mischief greater than or equal to $1,500 and less than $20,000.
9:30 a.m., 2400 block of E. Stacy Road - Theft greater than or equal to $50 and less than $500.
1 p.m., 400 block of Tatum Drive - Possession of marijuana less than or equal to 2 ounces in a drug-free zone.
2:58 p.m., 1000 block of W. McDermott Drive - Aggravated assault w/deadly weapon. Unknown subject physically assaulted the victim with a deadly weapon which caused minor injuries.
4 p.m., 1200 block of Twin Creeks Drive - Assault causes bodily injury.
4:46 p.m., 1700 block of W. McDermott Drive - Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, criminal trespass warning, possession of drug paraphernalia.
5 p.m., 800 block of W. Stacy Road - Burglary of vehicle.
5:13 p.m., 1400 block of Cool Springs Drive - Credit card or debit card abuse.
9:19 p.m., 500 block of E. Exchange Parkway - Theft greater than or equal to $50 and less than $500.
10:16 p.m., N. US 75 and W. Stacy Road - Driving while intoxicated, second.
11:30 p.m., 100 block of S. Central Expressway - Theft of services greater than or equal to $20 and less than $500, possession of drug paraphernalia.
11:35 p.m., 1300 block of E. Stacy Road - Assault causes bodily injury.

2:33 a.m., W. Stacy Road and State Highway 121 - Driving while intoxicated.
2:35 a.m., 100 block of E. Stacy Road - Public intoxication.
2:41 a.m., 100 block of E. Stacy Road - Criminal trespass warning, public intoxication.
9:57 a.m., 1700 block of Leander Court - Harassment. A person with the intent to harass, alarm, abuse or torment another communicated threats via electronic means.
10:13 a.m., 1100 block of Shumard Street - City ordinance violation. Subject was placed in custody for soliciting without a permit.
12:14 p.m., 1600 block of Mapleleaf Falls Drive - Possession del. drug paraphernalia, obstruct highway passageway. A person was taken into custody for intentionally and knowingly obstructing a public entrance and exit to which the public or a substantial group of the public has access.
2:20 p.m., 200 block of E. Stacy Road - Criminal trespass warning.
6 p.m., 1500 block of Evanvale Drive - Criminal mischief greater than or equal to $50 and less than $500.
9:48 p.m., 700 block of Leading Lane Drive - Domestic disturbance.
11:07 p.m., 100 block of E. Stacy Road - Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A person caused serious bodily injury to another and exhibited a deadly weapon during the commission of the assault.

1:19 a.m., 700 block of Pulitzer Lane - Consumption of alcohol by minor.
1:30 a.m., 300 block of Trailwood Drive - Aggravated assault causes serious bodily injury.
2:05 a.m., 1000 block of E. Stacy Road - Criminal trespass warning.
2:53 a.m., 100 block of E. Stacy Road - Public intoxication.
3:53 p.m., 800 block of Charter Oak Street - Burglary of vehicle.
4:13 p.m., 900 block of W. State Highway 121 - Burglary of vehicle.
5:30 p.m., 200 block of Benton Drive - Cruelty to animals. A subject failed to reasonably provide necessary food and care for an animal in that person's custody.
8:51 p.m., 1400 block of Macrae Court - Assault family violence Class C. A subject intentionally made physical contact with another subject knowing the person would regard the contact as offensive.
9:17 p.m., E. Bethany Drive and Melinda Drive - Driving while intoxicated.
9:31 p.m., 300 block of E. Bethany Drive - Driving while intoxicated.

2:18 p.m. - Assault family violence Class C.
4:12 p.m., 300 block of S. Jupiter Road - Criminal mischief greater than or equal to $50 and less than $500.
