2012 Longhorn Classic 1A Champions

I'd like to acknowledge the Mesquite Patriots youth football team. They represented the City of Mesquite and the Mesquite Pee Wee Football Association (MPWFA), in the 2012 Longhorn Football Classic Youth Football Tournament, in Desoto, Texas on Dec 1-2. As the only team from Mesquite, The Patriots won all three games played to include the championship game. The Patriots did not allow a touchdown in their three games played. Please recognize the young boys for their amazing accomplishments.


This recognition will help shine a positive light on the MPWFA, in a year that saw some unwanted negative publicity.

Thank you for your continued support of our city and our youth sports programs.
