| Billie Jean Still |
After an extended illness, our beloved mother, Billie Jean Still, went to be with the Lord January 12, 2013.
She was a mother, wife, sister, grandmother, friend and the rock of our family. She will be terribly missed.She left behind one daughter, Susan Jean Capps; three sons, Thomas William Lawrence Jr., Darrell Lee Lawrence and Dewey Wayne Lawrence; daughter-in-law Elke Lawrence; four sisters, Lois Ann Stovalt (Titer), Linda Sue Chambers, Peggy Jo Calhoun and Joyce Marie Bodine (Marie); brother-in-law Derald (BO) Bodine; and one brother, James Alvin Chambers.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Leroy Still; parents, Lloyd Lawrence and Mabel Frances Chambers; sisters, Shirley Laverne Chambers and Brenda Gail Cowie; and brothers, David Paul Chambers, Daniel Mark Chambers and Lloyd Lawrence Chambers Jr. (Bubba).
May she rest in peace.
A funeral to celebrate Billie's life took place Wednesday, January 16, 2012, at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in McKinney.
