Mrs. Kathy Lynn Hendricks Scribner of Anna, Texas, passed away Friday at her residence in Anna.
She was born November 1, 1950, in McKinney, Texas, the daughter of Cecil L. and Johnnie Kemp Hendricks.She married Bobby Scribner February 14, 1969, in Melissa, and he preceded her in death September 7, 2002.
She is survived by her children, Cinda Owen and husband Coby of Anna, Texas, and Bradley Scribner and wife Christy of Caddo Mills, Texas; her mother, Johnnie Hendricks of Blue Ridge, Texas; brother, Clifford Hendricks and his wife Jackie of Blue Ridge, Texas; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Lee Henricks; and brother, John Duwe Hendricks.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Blue Ridge Baptist Church, with Rev. Stan Fike and Rev. Shawn Bailey officiating. Interment was in the Stoney Point Cemetery following the services. Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. Sunday evening at the Blue Ridge Baptist Church in Blue Ridge.
