1:30 a.m., 300 block of Chaparral Road - Possession of drug paraphernalia.
3:55 a.m., 2000 block of Cartier Crossing - Driving while intoxicated, duty on striking fixture/highway landscape greater than or equal to $200. A person was arrested for driving a vehicle in a public place while intoxicated. The driver was also arrested for damaging landscaping over $200 and not reporting it to the owner.
3:11 p.m., 1300 block of Red River Lane - Graffiti pecuniary loss less than $500.
3:44 p.m., 600 block of Lake Ridge Drive - Fraudulent use possession of identifying information.
6:11 p.m., 0 block of Frontage Ramp 32A, Fairview - Driving while intoxicated.
8 p.m., 1900 block of Wilderness Way - Assault causes bodily injury family violence. Subject was taken into custody for striking his wife in the face with an open hand.
8:50 p.m., 1500 block of Juliet Drive - Assault causes bodily injury family violence. Subject intentionally and knowingly caused bodily injury to her fiancé.

12:47 a.m., 100 block of W. Main Street - Theft of material 50 percent aluminum/bronze/copper less than $20,000. Unknown subjects damaged business property and removed copper and other items.
2:35 a.m., 100 block of E. Stacy Road - Public intoxication.
4:08 a.m., 200 block of Exchange Place - Burglary of vehicle.
12:20 p.m., 0 block of Whisenant Circle - Burglary of vehicle.
8:57 p.m., 800 block of W. Stacy Road - Burglary of building.
10:03 p.m., 300 block of N. Greenville Avenue - Aggravated robbery. On listed date and time unknown suspect took another person's property while exhibiting a weapon.

12:37 a.m., 900 block of Garden Park Drive - Theft greater than or equal to $50 and less than $500, unauthorized use of vehicle.
10:19 a.m., 1300 block of Lamar Lane - Graffiti pecuniary loss less than $500.
1:06 p.m., 500 block of Benton Drive - Theft greater than or equal to $1,500 and less than $20,000. A person reported that he had movers come in and when they were finished moving him to his new residence he noticed items had been taken without his permission.
2:30 p.m., 800 block of Rockefeller Lane - Fraudulent use/possession of identifying information.
5:30 p.m., 900 block of Garden Park Drive - Assault causes bodily injury family violence. A person reported that a family member had unlawfully made physical contact with him that resulted in bodily injury without his permission.
7:08 p.m., 1200 block of N. Greenville Avenue - Theft less than $1,500 two or more previous convictions, criminal trespass warning, warrant service.
11:01 p.m., 1500 block of Country Lane - Unlawful carrying of weapon. A person was placed into custody for intentionally, knowingly or recklessly carrying a handgun on his person outside of his property.

12:54 a.m., Central Expressway and Exchange Parkway - Public intoxication.
1:32 a.m., 200 block of E. Stacy Road - Assault family violence Class C. A subject assaulted a household member by contact. The contact did not cause pain but was unwanted.
2:56 a.m., 1700 block of E. Central Expressway N. - Driving while intoxicated BAC greater than or equal to 0.15, possession of drug paraphernalia.
3:58 a.m., 600 block of W. Bethany Drive - Driving while intoxicated.
8:05 a.m., 1200 block of Central Expressway S. - Possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams, warrant service. Subject was arrested for a confirmed Johnson County Sheriff's Office warrant. After arriving at the Allen PD for booking, subject was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (Methylin 10 mg) penalty group 3 less than 28 grams.
9:30 a.m., W. McDermott Drive and Twin Creeks Drive - Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia.
6:35 p.m., 800 block of W. Stacy Road - Theft greater than or equal to $1,500 and less than $20,000.
