RAY
William T. "Tom" Ray of Klondike, Texas, passed away January 28, 2013.
He was born to Chrystelle and Jimmie Ray on September 11, 1946.Tom was raised in East Texas and graduated from East Texas State University. He went on to a longstanding career with the ATF, which created an interesting backdrop for the dozens of friends he met along the way.
Tom is survived by his wife, Charlotte Ray and her son Justin Ripkin; his son Brad Ray and wife LeAnne, their daughters Beasley and Reagan; daughter Abby Christian and husband Jason, and their sons Owen and Brody. He is also survived by his mother Chrystelle Ray, sister Ann Miller, brothers John and Charles Ray and their families.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie Ray, and his wife, Joan Hoff Ray.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Delta County Public Library in Cooper, Texas. Aside from his "command center," and the golf course, it was his favorite place to pass the time.
