BOYS SOCCER: Skeeters, Stallions get off to rough start in 12-5A

The 12-5A season did not start the way Mesquite and North Mesquite were hoping on Friday.
The Skeeters were blanked by defending district champion Longview in a 3-0 loss.
Rockwall, meanwhile, used goals from Micah Day and Jonathan Otto to post a 2-0 win over North Mesquite.
In non-district play, Jared Symmank and Ryan Trayner scored goals to lead McKinney Boyd to a 2-0 victory over West Mesquite.
Tuesday's 11-5A schedule
Lakeview, vs. Sachse, 4 p.m. at Williams
Rowlett vs. Garland, 6 p.m. at Homer B. Johnson Stadium
North Garland vs. South Garland, 8 p.m. at Williams Stadium
