Neal Katz, last year's recipient, presented GCRW board member Karin Tucker the John McVeigh award at the Collin County Lincoln Day Dinner on Feb. 16, 2013, for her outstanding service and dedication to Republican Party.
This is the highest award given by the Collin County Republican Party, presented annually to the individuals who have made significant personal or financial contributions to the CCRP.
