(UPDATE) McKinney Amber Alert: Children, father in police custody

The Lincecum children whose abduction gave reason for an Amber Alert are now safe in police custody.
The children's father, Calvin Lincecum, on Tuesday night drove them to the Terrell Police Department, with whom he remains.
McKinney police issued an Amber Alert late Tuesday afternoon after Lincecum, 33, left with his three children Yesenia, 5, Calvin Jr., 4, and Yaretzi, 3, while authorities were serving a temporary protective order barring his contact with them.
Calvin Lincecum was at his residence with the children when he was served the order around 4 p.m., which prevented him from having contact with the children and his wife Eloisa Hernandez, said Anna Clark, city spokesperson.
While authorities were still on scene, Lincecum took the children and left in his car, a 1993 gold Ford Crown Victoria, with a Texas DT3V923 license plate. Several attempts to contact him by phone were unsuccessful, Clark said.
Hernandez told police Lincecum may be heading to his mother’s house in Boyce, La.
Police released a description of Lincecum and his children in hopes the public would help find them.
They have charged Lincecum with violation of a protective order and interference with child custody.
